Unaffiliated Discords reuse ROS, ROSL, and Myth Games in the title and then drop APKs. Compare the invite to kdKR5nSDMe or the vanity roslegacy before you download anything from a #releases channel. Steam groups named ROS Legacy are not a Mirae Labs product page; Steam has no app.

A search for mythgames discord still shows up because older players remember the Myth Games era. The live community pointer on roslegacy.net is the ROS: Legacy guild, not a generic Myth Games hub. Friend-of-a-friend invites sometimes point at a different guild with a similar soldier icon. Check the guild name after you join. If the name is ROS Reborn or ROS Origin, you are in the wrong place. After you join, check the member count is in the same order of magnitude as 81,223. A 40-person clone is not the official guild even if the icon looks close.

Instagram and X searches did not produce a first-party Mirae Labs or ROSLegacyOfficial video channel to treat as official. YouTube results for an official trailer are creator videos; the Facebook-linked clip sits on someone else's channel. For news, stay on Discord and Facebook. For files, stay on dl.roslegacy.net.

A Steam group, a Roblox experience, or a TikTok shop using the ROS Legacy mark is not Mirae Labs. Steam search already returned zero apps. Roblox is not a first-party host for this title. Treat those as unrelated products that borrowed a search term.

If an invite preview shows a different icon or a Reborn splash, drop it and type discord.gg/roslegacy yourself. Do not pay for a Discord role that promises an APK. The official file is free on dl.roslegacy.net. Pin the vanity invite in your own notes so you are not hunting a screenshot of a bot. Bookmark either invite code; they are the same server. Member count 81,223 and online count 6,965 come from Discord's invite API, not from a screenshot of a bot. If the guild name after join is anything other than ROS: Legacy, leave and type the vanity again. A cloned fan page that splits the Facebook handle is not ROSLegacyOfficial. Stay on the two first-party channels listed above for APK notes and rumor warnings today.

After you join, still use official files

A Discord pin does not replace https://dl.roslegacy.net/full or https://dl.roslegacy.net/android/apk. If a well-meaning moderator pastes a Mega link, skip it. The verified Windows ZIP is ROSLegacy_Install_202609251811.zip at 8,251,115,387 bytes. The verified APK is RoS-Legacy-2026091811.apk at 108,574,372 bytes.

Account creation stays on https://mirae-labs.com/register. Discord login is not a Mirae Labs identity. You still need the 3–12 letter-and-number username and the mixed-case password. Open Beta is live without a pre-register code, so nobody in the server should be DMing you one.

Public Facebook posts from ROSLegacyOfficial are how the Android-only mobile note and the shared-progress / no-cross-play note reached players. Full profile HTML is login-walled, so treat the public posts as the usable surface, not a private group you have to pay to enter. If a share card claims a launch day, open ROSLegacyOfficial and see whether that page printed it. A cloned Rules of Survival Legacy fan page is not this one. Save the URL with ROSLegacyOfficial spelled as one word.

Mute #memes if you need patch text. Watch the channels the mods mark for files. Even then, open dl.roslegacy.net yourself instead of clicking a file hop. Moderators can be impersonated; the official download hosts cannot without DNS going wrong.

When a new APK lands, wait for the official route to serve it. A zip inside Discord is still a file hop. If a pin says the APK moved, still type the stable /android/apk route yourself. Pins can be edited by impersonators faster than DNS can.

The official guild is large enough that a 40-person clone is obvious once you look at the member count on the invite. Type the vanity yourself, wait for ROS: Legacy to appear, then mute noise channels so you can see file announcements without downloading a hop.
